How does it Work?
Step 1: Select a Gift Product or Experience
Decide whether you would like to purchase goods online using your credit card or opt to complete a purchase request form and transfer funds by electronic funds transfer.
Complete the online prompts or purchase request form, including all relevant address details, personalised message, select any optional extras i.e. gift box and specify delivery date. Orders will be despatched within 48 hours of all CGE voucher funds having successfully cleared into the CGE bank account.
Step 2: Experience Gift Pack Arrives
All gift experiences are presented in a sleek envelope wallet or gift box (optional), sent to the address of your choice. See our Terms & Conditions for delivery details and Gift Pack for what the pack contains.
Step 3: Voucher Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed online, alternatively complete and fax by return a booking form to 0866 588373. Always provide as much notice as possible as well as 3 date preferences. Our team attends to all booking, payment and confirmation details, directly with the vendor. Once confirmed, we will send you a booking and itinerary confirmation form.
Please familiarise yourself with our terms & conditions especially the cancellation policy and note that you are encouraged to take out your own personal liability insurance, especially when participating in potentially dangerous activities.
Step 4: Experience the ultimate!
