In each case you are given the opportunity to ‘unsubscribe’ from these marketing mediums for which your preference will be honoured and your details removed from our database.

Birthday Reminders “CGE” allows registered users who have a “CGE” account to send emails to friends and family members requesting their birth dates. If a friend or family member replies to the request, they will be required to supply to “CGE”, personal information including name and date of birth. “CGE” will use the information gathered through these birthday requests only to remind the registered user that a friend or family member’s birthday is imminent. “CGE” will not share this personal information supplied by friends and/or family members through these birthday requests with anyone.

Will information be shared with third parties?

You can be assured that your details are completely safe and stored with your best interests in mind. Celestial Gift Experiences does not sell, rent or trade your details with third parties. In order to book your experience with our Celestial Gift Experience Vendors, we will need to share with them generic details relating to your personal information. This includes your name, surname and contact number should they need to contact you directly. This information is necessary to share so that the Experience Vendor can confirm your reservation. Additionally, we use our reasonable efforts to ensure that these parties will also protect your personal information.

How can users access, update or delete their personal information?

You may access and update your “CGE” account information at any time. To facilitate this you will need your user id and password. You may have your email address removed from any e-newsletter or SMS update by ‘unsubscribing’ or sending an email request to info@celestialgifts.co.za with the words “unsubscribe” in the subject line.
