Nestled into the river bank, tucked under a thatch gazebo and protected by our river island on which Cape Clawless Otter hunt, you will recline in your sumptuous river boudoir on a beautifully made up bed, sip on Champagne and watch the river birds surf the rapids a few feet from the comfort of your bed. There is a gorgeous sumptuous picnic basket which you can enjoy seated in comfort at a table set with crystal, antique silver and Spode before taking a dip in the river at the waterfall. It is a very special, relaxing and romantic day and includes champagne and drinks of your choice.
Enjoy wrap around views of the nature reserve and let us indulge you with our uniquely South African cuisine including Amarula Honey Mustard Chicken, served in a crispy poppadum, accompanied by a medley of traditionally slow roasted Mediterranean organic vegetables, specially aged Beef Fillet rolled in cracked black pepper & served with a pearl onion and black cherry sauce a wild Chilean Salmon lightly seared with creamy gorgonzol, baby Karoo Racks of lamb marinated in a Hanepoort, chutney sauce and served with a mushroom and peppadew reduction.
