VOUCHER | TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This voucher has value, should be kept safe and should be retained and presented as proof of purchase. Please ensure that your booking request is submitted within the expiry date. The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash. Booking requests received for a date/s after the expiry date of a voucher shall not be permitted.Please book directly with the operator where details have been provided. Please do not make any travel or accommodation arrangements until your booking has been confirmed. All refunds will incur an administration fee of 10% of the value of the experience (with a minimum charge of R100) and should be requested in writing by the purchaser within 14 days of the purchase date. All vouchers can be exchanged without charge within four weeks from date of issue. Thereafter an admin fee of R100 will be charged per exchange transaction if processed four weeks after the voucher’s date of issue.

By participating in an “Experience”, whether as purchaser or participant, you hereby acknowledge and accept CGE’s terms and conditions.You are thus required to familiarise yourself with the T&C’s. CGE acts only as an agent and does not represent the vendor or the venue. CGE excludes any liability for any injury, loss, damage and/or death arising out of a booking and/or participation in an “Experience” and excludes itself from any claims arising out of a vendor’s actions or omissions, including where the vendor has been negligent. The vendor reserves the right of admission prior to experiences commencing. Governing terms and conditions of vendors will apply.

BOOKING | TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL | If your experience is weather dependent, please call the operator directly before setting out. Please take directions/map and operator’s contact details to assist you en-route to your experience. If you have any queries or concerns on the day, please raise them directly with the operator who is best placed to assist you. Please take your voucher and present as proof of payment should the ground staff need confirmation of payment. Should you need to amend, reschedule or postpone your booking - please contact the operator directly.
RESCHEDULING | Rescheduling 5 days before your booking will carry a 10% administration fee, which is payable when rescheduling. Rescheduling 3 days before your booking will carry a 25% administration fee, which is payable when rescheduling. Rescheduling within 3 days of your booking will result in a 100% forfeit (full value of the booking)
CANCELLATIONS | Cancellation of a booking and/or 'no-show' will result in a 100% Forfeit (full value of the booking).
Payments can be made securely either via EFT or credit card when placing your order.
